FRANCO STELLA
Franco has been a licensed insurance advisor since 2007 and has helped hundreds of families make sense of Medicare. He started teaching this workshop after watching too many people get steered into plans by call centers that never asked about their doctors, their prescriptions, or their budget.
He started out in San Diego and worked his way across Southern California, hosting seminars in Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee and the towns around them. Running the workshop online lets him teach and help a lot more people. He holds licenses in 13 states, so you don't have to live nearby to get real answers.
Away from the office, Franco is a husband and a dad to a 9-year-old. The family calls Southern California home.

Short answers to what people ask before they register.
I'm keeping my employer coverage past 65. Do I need to attend this workshop?
I recommend you still attend. We go over whether you can delay Part B without being penalized, plus other important exposures you need to know about before you turn 65 that can cost you thousands if you're not aware of them, even with employer coverage. It's still worth 40 minutes.
Can't I just schedule a call without watching the online workshop?
We can get you scheduled, but we highly recommend watching the workshop first — it covers questions that would otherwise take up your appointment time. Email us at fstella@francostellains.com if you'd like to go straight to scheduling.
How long is the workshop?
About 40 minutes. It's a pre-recorded session, so you can watch on your own time.
I'm over 65, will this webinar be useful?
Yes. Medicare changes every year — plans, premiums and formularies are never the same twice — so even if you're already enrolled, the workshop is a good way to check for coverage gaps, catch penalties you may not know about, and make sure you're not overpaying for prescriptions. It's especially worth it if your health, medications, or budget have changed since you first signed up.
What if I can't attend at the scheduled time?
Register anyway. You will get the free Medicare Explained guide either way, and you can pick a different session time. If none of the available times work for you, email fstella@francostellains.com and we'll get you sorted.
When should I start learning about Medicare?
About 12 months before you turn 65 is a good time to start, giving you enough time to make informed decisions and avoid being penalized. Instead of piecing it together from the mail you get or whoever you happen to talk to, the workshop gives you a real understanding of Medicare's coverage and the options for filling the gaps — straight from one licensed advisor. Once you've gone through it, you'll get the option to schedule a no-cost consultation with Franco to build your personalized timeline and plan based on your unique needs and budget.
